Ingredients: 2 cups uncooked egg noodles (4 oz)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. While noodles are cooking, cook turkey and onions in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir carrots, tomatoes, gravy, sour cream, sage, marjoram, and pepper into turkey mixture. Place cooked noodles in ungreased rectangular pan, 11x7 1½ inches. Gently fold in turkey mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes. Mix cracker crumbs, pecans, and butter. Sprinkle over turkey mixture. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until hot. Serve up this delicious, one-dish meal your family will love!
